Centre Novation applied CAF in the beginning of 2020. The first follow up was a decision to apply for the National Quality Award - the Quality Award of the Government of the Russian Federation. Russian Quality Award model is harmonized with the EFQM and CAF criteria. Novation Self-assessment group prepared a report for the contest.
